Thank you for choosing me to bless your crown! I’m so excited to work with you. Please take a moment to review my booking policy below to make sure we’re both on the same page before your appointment. These guidelines help keep things smooth, respectful, and stress-free for both of us!

📍 DEPOSIT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment:
• $25 deposit for most styles
• $30 deposit for small knotless braids

Deposits must be sent within 5 minutes of booking via Cash App or Apple Pay to $jitaviaaa. Please include your full name and appointment date in the note.

If your deposit is not received on time, your appointment will be canceled.

Note: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel or need to reschedule, a new deposit is required. If I need to cancel, your original deposit will carry over or be refunded. Remaining Balance Is due at your appointment and will have to be paid before I start your service .

🗓️ SCHEDULING + CUSTOM REQUESTS
• If you don’t see your desired style on the site (extra length, unique design, etc.), feel free to DM or text me to discuss it first!
• Please read the full description under the style you’re booking before submitting your appointment.
• Natural color hair ( 1B, 2) is included in braided styles. Any other colors will have an added charge.

⏰ LATE / NO-SHOW POLICY
• You have a 5-minute grace period. After that, a $20 late fee will apply.
• After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
• No-call/no-shows will not be allowed to book in the future.

💇🏽‍♀️ HAIR PREP

To ensure the best results:
• Please arrive with your hair freshly washed, blow-dried straight, and free of any oils or product buildup.
• If your hair is not properly prepped:
• A $20 blowout fee will be added
• Or, your appointment may be canceled, and deposit forfeited
• Minimum hair length: 4–6 inches

My products won’t perform properly on oily or unclean hair, so please come ready to go!

🚫 PLEASE NO EXTRA GUESTS

To keep the space peaceful and focused on you, no extra guests, kids, babies, or pets are allowed unless they are being serviced.

🕊️ SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS

I am closed on Sundays and major holidays.
If you need an appointment on one of these days, there will be an upcharge of $50–$100, depending on the style.

💳 PAYMENT
• Remaining balance is cash only—please bring the exact amount.
• If you prefer to pay electronically (Cash App or Apple Pay), a $10 convenience fee will be added.
• No ATM runs, so please plan ahead.

You will have the option of choosing middle part, high ponytail , or swoop ponytail .

For the Braided Ponytail, You must have the knowledge of knowing how to braid and how to feed braiding hair In. This is not a Braiding 1on1 Coarse.

All Hair products I use will be Included in your take home items.

I work from my clean, kid- and pet-free home studio, where you can fully relax during your appointment. I’m outgoing, down to earth, and enjoy meeting new people, creating a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who sits in my chair.
